Yesterday, as you remember, AT&T has introduced two plans, one is limited iPad plan while another one is renewal sequence without prior notification; both are utterly unexpected by the users.
It is predicted that AT&T may have to combat with violent reaction of users of iPad just because of changes that have been made by the carrier.
The original offer of wireless iPad made it possible for the users to choose any one iPad plan from the list of two plans.
The user could either choose $14.99 for 250 MB or $29.99 for unlimited depending on his budget range.
Now, the plan has totally changed and there is no option of unlimited iPad plan. It means one can not enjoy the marvelous facility of unlimited plan and every plan only offers limited approach.
Another sad thing that is shortly brought by AT&T is that you get the notification when your plan is scant.
The second shocking news is that the renewal of plan by AT&T happens without any notification given to the user. Every plan is automatically renewed after 30 days.
In accordance with AT&T renewal plan, a notice has been sent to one user that his plan will be renewed automatically. Moreover, this user will need to authorize AT&T to get payment of plan renewal directly from his credit or debit card; payment will be obtained for any initial or subsequent plan.
However in order to avoid this automatic charging procedure, the user has only one thing to do. He can, for example, cancel his service plan one day before the renewal date and through this way he can pay himself for any plan.
