Sync iPad Apps: If iTunes Freezes

New iPad users might face this problem. When you are trying to sync your iPad to the iTunes, and select sync apps box, iTunes can freeze.
If you leave your iTunes frozen, nothing will change even if you wait for about 10 minutes. This issue mostly occurs with the application tab, as other tabs including music and movies work ok.
What can you do? One iPad user who came up with this iTunes Freezes problem, shared his solution. He fixed it by waiting for 10+ minutes. The sync applications box eventually gets checked, and after this there should not be any more problems.
