Move Your iMovies to Your iPad

29 Jun 2010 | Advice |

If you use the iPad Camera Connection Kit you can now free up space on your iPhone by moving completed projects to your iPad.

The iPhone 4 is just like any other camera as far as your iPad is concerned, so to move iMovies onto it, all you have to do is attach the iPhone’s USB cable to the iPhone’s dock connection port and the USB camera connection attached to your MAC. Select the Camera tab and launch iPad’s Photos. The movies you’ve created with iMovie and then moved to the iPhone’s Photo app, can be copied onto your iPad. Tap the ones you want to copy to the iPad, then tap the Import button in the upper-right hand corner of the iPad’s screen.

This process optimizes the use of your iPad Camera Connection Kit and enables you to watch iMovies on the iPad’s larger screen.
