Though this year’s WWDC is mostly devoted to the new iPhone 4, there is still some place for iPad news. According to Apple CEO Steve Jobs, the tablet will be in 19 countries this July.
Reportedly Apple is planning to update the iBooks software and add more features requested by iPad users. Hopefully, soon iBooks fans will be able to make notes all over the e-book and see these notes in the e-book’s table of contents.
Besides this you won’t have to turn down the corners of pages you wish to remember. There will be an electronic dog ear and you’ll be able to bookmark a page you are interested in and see it in the table of contents as well.
Another Apple’s plan is to release a PDF viewer that will appear on the same book shelf with e-books. And all the updates are coming to your iPad in June, as Mr. Jobs promises.
