iTunes and App Store Load Blank Pages

Many iPad and other iDevice users once in a while face problems with the App store app and iTunes on their gadgets.

Recently, both apps started to load blank pages. By the way, iBooks application shows the same attitude. The page is filled with white color, and users can’t see anything. Still, at the very beginning for a split second the page is seen, and then it just disappears.

Such an issue happened in 2008, 2009, 2010, and now, it occurs in 2011.

iPad users who face this problem now must be using Wi-Fi, though 3G network doesn’t also seem to load Apple applications all right.

Why doesn’t the App store, iTunes and iBooks load via Wi-Fi connection on iPad iOS 3.2.2, while all other applications work perfectly well, and users can easily check their e-mail? Why do Apple’s programs show the blank white screen?

The message board of the official Apple support site has a lot of similar messages from users from around the world.

I keep trying to connect to the iTunes store, but the store just comes up for a few seconds and then I just get a blank white screen. Anyone else having the same problem? this is the common message you can find searching the web.

Still, even though a lot of people are having the same problem, there is no solution that can fix it right away.

While some users had the similar problem with their iTunes on PC, they assure that they updated their iTunes to the latest version, and the issue was solved.

But iPad users can’t  update their App Store or iTunes app. They tried rebooting, and it still didn’t help.

Maybe Apple will fix this problem soon? As it seems that the company is having some issues, but doesn’t mention the ways how they can be fixed by users alone, and the problem is connected with iOS 3.2.2.

    When itune apps store is opened in my win, all i can see is the itune accessing itunes store and comes up with a blank page with the word ( Itunes store) in the middle.

    When I click the iTunes icon I get two blue squares. They look almost like envelopes and cover the whole screen.
