On Apple’s discussion forum a few users of iPad complained about alleged overheating issues that they faced with their iPad from last couple of months. At Padgadget no one reported this issue until 10 July; after this date a user noticed this problem and posted his complaint.
According to him early in the morning he was taking the sip of his morning caffeine in Palo Alto, Cali , he decided to check the wealthier condition of city. Suddenly the speed of his iPad slowed down and ultimately crashed. The iPad locked and its screen showed iPad needs to cool down before you can use it. He felt helpless as he had to do nothing but to wait until this single disappeared from display.
It was mentioned in the Apple support note that iPad could deal with temperatures up to 95F then why it overheated in the temperature of 65F? The user of iPad also said that he was not facing this overheating issue on his Patio in Texas , the temperature of this place usually go beyond 95F.
He said that he didn’t know exactly why iPad warmed up but he could say that the overheating issue resulted due to rays of sun that were directly touching his iPad. Just because of sun light his iPad became unreadable and put on show the temperature warning. Due to constant sunlight iPad’s temperature sensor might to hit the theoretical limit of 95F and result was iPad crahing
So keep your iPad away from intensive rays of sun light if you want to avoid this overheating issue.
