iPad Official Sales Open in 9 More Countries

The iPad goes on sale in 9 more countries on Friday, May 28. It will finally be available for customers in Germany, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, Japan and Switzerland.
Everybody who wishes to pre-order an iPad, can do so through the official Apple’s store. Pre-orders start on Monday, May 10.
So far Apple has sold 1 million iPads in the USA. Users have downloaded over 12 million iPad applications and over 1.5 million eBooks for their devices.
Apple promises to launch its iPad in 9 more countries in July. It will be available in Mexico, Hong Kong, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Singapore and New Zealand this summer.
