Apple iPad has surely opened the possibility of a new multifunctional device, that is now being used from In-flight Entertainment System to Newspaper reader, and thanks to Steve Jobs, people got such a medium that they can dream on using as their own application device. The biggest advantage of iPad is that it is thin, lightweight, portable, touchscreen and yet powerful enough to have most of the features of a PC and a mobile. The unique combination that has been never test before has brought the world on a threshold where dreams are being made based upon that single device.
The use of iPad as an eBook or magazine reader was clearly anticipated long before its launch and it is performing its duty brilliantly till now, but before David Hockney, the British painter nobody thought of using the iPad as a profession digital canvas to create & showcase the regular artwork and paintings.
David Hockney is famous for his series of Pool paintings in Los Angeles, New York and his digital drawing and photography through the Apple iPhone. Now he got the Apple iPad which is bigger screen, touch sensitive, great graphics and has an excellent set of tool to create his drawing on iPad easily & effectively, and to help him, there are lots of drawing applications available for iPad Apple Store.
The effect of iPad is that it made people to think something innovative, something new where the Apple iPad can come into use, which may be as a teaching medium, to read daily newspaper to curve out beautiful drawings like David Hockney and all can be done in a very professional yet entertaining way that amuse the creator and the user too. When Steve Jobs first declared news of iPad all critics thought it won’t be able to take up any market as there is no particular use or this device, but now not only it made up its own billion dollar market but also inspiring people from a wide range of professions to do something new with it, to use the iPad in a way that hasn’t been tested before.
David Hockney made lots of drawings in the iPad, over 300 beautiful digital drawings made the world wonder about him, and now he is excited to start a new line of work with the iPad and it will be far more successful than the iPhone as it has richer graphics, better features and bigger screen size which will help all the way in his digital drawings.
But the only concern of David Hockney is to make his professional earnings from it. As he is painter by profession, not only making a digital design will suffice but he should have to sell it somehow, on which he is working right now to use this wonderful device to create paintings and to earn his livelihood through it.
