How to Jailbreak iPad 3.2.1 with Comex JailbreakMe 2.0 Star

We already wrote about Comex JailbreakMe 2.0 for iPad release. We also posted a short guide on how you can use this iPad jailbreak tool in order to perform a successful jailbreak on your tablet.

Now we’ll add a step by step instruction for those of you who wish to use Comex jailbreak tool on iPad OS 3.2 and 3.2.1 but still hesitate about how you can do so.

Before starting iPad jailbreak, you need to have synced your device with iTunes. Only after this you can use Comex JailbreakMe 2.0 Star tool.

Step # 1

Launch iTunes. Now backup all data from Photos, Applications, Contacts, etc. if you haven’t done it already.

Step # 2

Update your tablet to iOS 3.2.1 (it’s the latest firmware version as for today). Use iTunes 9.2.1 version to work with.

Step # 3

Now you need to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Step # 4

Launch Safari browser and go to http://jailbreakme.com.

Step # 5

Choose Slide to Jailbreak to start our jailbreak process.

Step # 6

Wait till Comex JailbreakMe 2.0 downloads the required files.

Step # 7

When the download completes, the jailbreak process will start automatically. Do not do anything at this point. Patiently wait until iPad jailbreak is completed.

Step # 8

When jailbreak is done, you will see a greeting message.

Step # 9

Close Safari browser and search for Cydia. It should be now on your iPad.
