Hooray! I Got an iPad!

Getting an iPad is a little holiday for me. And I would like to celebrate it and share my feelings with you. It took over a month to get it shipped to my country, since I am not from the USA. But it is finally here.

I got an original iPad case from Apple that is pretty comfortable. It allows carrying the device like a folder. It is pleasant to touch and it protects my tablet from dust, scratches and spills which is really nice. Of course, I am not planning on spilling anything on my iPad, but a protection is still needed, just in case.

Besides this, the original iPad case is reported to protect the iPad from drops. I have a cat at home who loves waking me up in the mornings by dropping things off my table. I truly hope he would never make my tablet fly, but who knows, right?

I also got a screen protector. So far I had the biggest issue while trying to stick it to my iPad’s surface. It didn’t work well for me! I had many of the bubbles that I had to fight with. I did my best, and in about an hour of wiping the bubbles out with a fiber cloth, I managed to make it so-so-looking.

I am not proud with myself here, as there are still a couple of bubbles left and they won’t go away. And my cat’s fur has somehow managed to get under the iPad screen protector. I hope once I turn the iPad on it will look much better than now.

But the battery is too low, so I have to wait a bit.
