Frash: Adobe Flash Ported from the Andriod Build to iPad

Comex has managed to add an iOS compatibility layer to Adobe’s Flash 10.1 Mobile plug-in from the Android build. At the moment Frash, which is the name of the new mobile plugin hack, only works on the iPad but, according to Comex, it will soon be moved to iPhone 3GS as well as to iPhone4. It’s due to certain technical restrictions that only the latest iPhone models are chosen. Frash runs the majority of Flash programs perfectly well in the MobileSafari browser.
Comex has invited developers to fork the new plugin hack at github.com/comex/frash and get back with their patches, should there be any.
Looks like we will finally have the opportunity to see how Flash works in iOS devices and to check whether it is as much of a battery drainer as Steve Jobs supposed it would be or not.
