Cydia Store Launches Firewall iP 2.0

Your iPad will be more secure as Cydia launches Firewall iP 2.0 that is currently on sale at the Cydia Store. Firewall iP 2.0 is the only firewall that brings great features on your “whoIs-information about the host”.
Firewall iP 2.0 features are:
1. Easy to use interface & control app
2. Block analytic providers / data collectors which PrivaCy can’t
3. Block outgoing TCP & UDP connections selectively
4. Block connections of apps when you are on a cellular network
5. Block unneeded content like adds
Changelog 2.0:
1. Full IPv6 support however there are internet providers that don’t currently support this feature. This means that if you can’t IPv6 only server it has nothing to do with the app.
2. It saves all rules you have entered on your device including the date and time. This gives you option to know which rule your created first and last.
3. Let’s users experience new way of showing pop-ups.
4. New designed pop-ups.
5. Giving users the option to set the Deny Tab in front Settings in the GUI.
6. Includes field in the pop-up that shows url (TCP) or the data packet (UDP) if possible.
7. If the hostname has more than 2 parts (more than xyz.com), when you tap on the selector for “normal, *, and *.” you’ll be able to select parts of the hostname the rule will apply to.
8. Option to Import/Export FiP settings (one file) so you can easily backup your stuff (Settings in the GUI).
9. Support for port ranges.
10. Many other enhancements and fixes.
11. GameCenter support: added support for the game center daemon (a process which runs in the background).
Remember to reboot your iPad after you install Firewall iP 2.0 on it in order to update (Saurik will fix that in a future MobileSubstrate update). Firewall iP 2.0 is currently available for download in the Cydia Store for $2.99.
